Good buttons
I think certain things are taken for granted in today's busy world. Here are just a few things I would like to pay tribute to, just for being:

- Buttons...there's nothing quite so great as a good button...I have one sitting on my desk right now which has butterflies on it and reads "Then I sh*t on the flowers And they like it". So strange. But good...strange but good. I think I'll wear it tonight.

- An old movie on a rainy night.

- Parents.

- Disposable cameras. (Coldplay knows what I mean...I'm glad they're taking a break, not that I think they need one, but they seem think they need one, and that's the important thing right?)

- Acoustic guitars.

- Stapling a thick stack of paper and having the staple go all the way through and close properly.

- Comfortable Silence.

- Puppy kisses. (Not gross, just a little messy, but very touching none-the-less)

- Good musical theatre. So many different aspects, talents, and people working together to create a story told with everything the human spirit has to offer.

- Rain.

- Insects and arachnids. (I'm scared of spiders myself, but I try not to let my fears get the better of me.)

- Really soft sweaters.

- Food.

Well, I'm sure there's plenty more that I could think of which I take for granted, but I do have to go and have lunch...but don't worry, I promise to be very grateful for it.

As far as work goes, I went and dropped off my resumes to all the local production companies. Specifically to the stunt coordinators. YAY! We shall see if anything comes of it. I'll keep ya posted. Until next time.

I agree! Especially with the guitar, rain, and puppies parts.

Good luck with work and everything. Doing stunt work seems like it would be pretty cool. That stunt you did in X2 was pretty impressive.
I have a question maybe you can answer. Are there different kinds of stuntmen/women? Like, ones that specialize in different kinds of stunts and phsyical scenes?

Hey! You forgot to leave some space to sign the whole thing! :(
Especially the old movies on rainy nights, parents (Greetings to your mom and aunt Nona, by the way! :) ), acoustic guitars, comfortable silence, good musical theatre, rain and your randomness. ^^

I'm grateful for air... You can never have too much of it... A lot of people take it for granted...

I'm also grateful for trees... For they provide the air we need...

And I agree with you on all those things you've mentioned that we seem to take for granted... You've once again managed to show me there are still quite a lot of good things in this world :)

Now... Speaking about puppys though... What breed is Angel? :D

Hi from Mom in Belie (which is why Kt has Angel). Angel was a foundling so we have no idea of her background, but she definately has husky or malamut, possibly shepard and perhaps a little wolf. She has a beautiful face and a great personality, of course I may be a little biased.
ps I have been sleeping out on the porch under the stars listening to the surf and the wind ruffling the palm trees, (had to gloat a little)

That is so kind of you to take her into your home, I'm sure she's amongst good people and will be well taken care of :)

I'd like to get a husky one day... But at the moment I have my hands full with three yorkshires :D (Not that I'm complaining though, I love dogs :P)

Have a great time in Belie (Belize?) I hope you enjoy your stay...

Friendly greetings,
Angel :)

Gotta love those... Did you know they're part of an ancient calendar?

Well... Anyway... Have fun in Belize...

Safe travels,

Follow up to my other reply...

I just had to say I just watched that movie "I heart Huckabees" and I must say that is one of the most confusing yet most thought inspiring movie I've ever seen! :D

I love the whole background theme of everything being connected to a grander design (the sheet :D)

I think I'll dedicate my next LJ update to further go into that subject :)

Thanks for making me aware of this movie,
Fuv Angel :)

I'm grateful for sleeping in, as rare as that is for me, for slacking off and not feeling guilty about it, working hard AND hardly working, Cats, Jesus, girls named Katie, my big night of Sci-fi Friday (though I have to tape most of it cuz I work the graveyard shift!), the smell of rain, the smell on incense, comic books and crackers, and warm fires!
Now doesn't that all sound good??
