But thanks to all for the comments on the pics. I happen to think Rene Z. is pretty cute, but that may just be me. Anyway. It's getting sunny here, and I have a new surf board...I'm so flippin excited. Now all I have to do is learn to surf...otherwise known as the dreaded lurf stage. It's a slow curve, but I'm getting there. And in the end, each and every cold, wind-burned moment is worth it. I love the ocean...yup definitely a coastal creature. That's cool though, we've got quite a lot of it in Canada.

Oh sweet...and a brief pause to listen to STREET SPIRIT

Nice...haven't heard that song in a while.

Alright...now...what's new?...what's new?....I guess not much. Sorry for the boring lack of news kids. I'll let you know if anything exciting happens.

Sweet. Well as the days finish it will get warmer and sunnier! I've tried surfing a few times, sorta got the hang of it. Good luck with it. Keep rockin' and thanks for being so cool.

Hey there, have fun with the surfing ;) Someone as active as you should pick it up pretty easily and I hope you don't get too cold. Canada sounds like a fun place to be, you're so lucky to have so much to do.

Yikes, I think my teacher just got a glimpse of the screen! So, I'll have to say later and take care.

I just finished reading the "X-men: Phoenix Endsong" mini-series Marvel put out earlier this year. Kitty Pride features prominently in it. What really got me is the way the artist for the series (who did a fantastic job with the artwork) drew Kitty.

There are a couple shots where I swear she looks just like Katie.
I'm going to try to scan the panels I'm referring to and get other opinions on this.

In the mean time, good luck with the surfing Katie! I hope your ankle has healed enuff to not give you any trouble.

Does that have anything to do with the "mysterious" dissapearance of the comment left by (at least who claimed to be) your bone-head director friend? :) Don't worry, we didn't get the inside joke anyway.

Oh well, for a second there I believed I was tracking a notorious systemic anomaly!

Yeah. So I was just curious if you know if ABC is planning on doing a second mini-series with the second book in the A Wrinkle in Time trilogy? I am interested in finding out. Loved you in it by the way. In any case, I thought you might know something. Would you play the part again if offerred? In a second one I mean.
